At G20 Darts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that personalized flights or used dart points cannot be returned due to hygiene and wear considerations.

Return Process

  Log into your G20 Darts account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all stems, flights, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
